Spices are an essential part of the world’s cuisine. From simple dishes to gourmet meals, spices always play an important role in creating the distinctive flavors of each dish. With the geographical advantage of spanning various climates and soils, Vietnam has a unique biodiversity that produces agricultural products, including spices, with very specific qualities that set them apart from similar products worldwide.
The specialty spice crops of Vietnam include cinnamon, star anise, pepper, ginger, and turmeric. Nature has bestowed upon Vietnam unique flavors that can only be found here. Currently, Vietnam ranks third in the world for spice exports. Among these, Vietnam is the world leader in the production and export of pepper. It has been the top exporter of cinnamon cassia since 2022 and ranks third in the world for the export of star anise.

With the vision of bringing carefully selected Vietnamese spices from safe growing regions, we, the youth, are gradually building a production system that meets the stringent standards of the world.
